These terms govern your use of the Venture Core AI website and the request of an AI Efficiency Audit. By using the site you accept them.
1. What we provide
The website describes our services. The free AI Efficiency Audit is an informational assessment. Any paid engagement (Diagnostic Sprint, Implementation Program, retainer) is governed by a separate written statement of work (SOW) signed by both parties, which controls in case of conflict with these terms.
2. Figures and outcomes
Performance figures shown on the site and labeled "industry benchmark" come from third-party sources and are provided to size opportunity — they are not guarantees. Before/after deltas describe targeted outcomes. The build-fee risk reversal and the specific success metric and day-one baseline are defined in your engagement SOW.
3. Confidentiality
We work under NDA. Each party protects the other's confidential information and uses it only for the engagement.
4. Intellectual property
Site content and our methods are our property. Deliverables and ownership for a paid engagement are defined in the SOW. You retain ownership of your own data and materials.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site (no unlawful use, scraping at scale, or attempts to disrupt it).
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is", and our liability arising from the site or the free audit is limited. Liability for paid engagements is set in the SOW.
7. Governing law
